Nicola O'Neal

Hi, my name is Nicola.

I’ve been working at PGT for over 4 years now and in that time I have seen the organization grow by over 50% in size and from 2 countries into 4.

I love the enthusiasm, drive and ambition of the people I work with. It’s amazing to see people achieve so much in such a short time.
I can’t wait to see where we’re going to be in the next 4 years. Nicola O’Neal

I’ve been working for PGT since July 1999 where I started off as a field representative.

After getting good at sales I started building a team, but it was soon realised that my strength was in recruitment and administration. So I became an organisational head of administrators. I’ve since had the pleasure of training other great administrators and have now moved on to become a business manager, where my focus now is more on business finance.

I’ve been working with Progressive Global Training for 4 months now. Before this I was a radio broadcaster, but realised the opportunity to progress was very limited. Since being here I’ve already been promoted into a leadership role, teaching, training and managing new people. I am very close to being promoted to becoming a senior leader. I love the fact that I can earn while I learn.

I’m 22, Before working for Progressive Global I was in the army.
My personal goal is to own a range rover sport within 2 years.
My business goals are to be promoted to owner by January 2012 and open as many offices as I can.
My 5 top tips to become a leader are, ring the bell every day, apply L.O.A, become consistent, stay confident at all times and finally don’t give up goals are achievable.
The thing that I found most challenging when I first started was to keep my head up after I knocked all of my walkbook and not been off the mark.
I would like to run offices in Caerphilly, Cardiff, Germany, Spain, Watford and Glasgow.... The list goes on.
