Progressive Global Training Testimonial - Antoinette Delmonte

Hallo everyone

My name is Antoinette and I’m 23. I’ve been in the PGT group for just over 14 months. I started in one of the offices based in Bournemouth as a field representative. I loved the fact that I could progress throughout the company at my own pace and get the rewards that matched up with my work ethic. I am now on level 5 of the Business Development Program and am about to run the office in Bournemouth as my own.

Pete Howell of Progressive Global

Hello there
I used to be a backpacker and did some odd jobs here and there. After answering an advert in the news paper I started in PGT’s entry level sales and marketing role, where I learnt about sales and marketing. I now manage a team of 3 people 3 months later. And I now have a clear plan of where I want to go and what I want to achieve. I want to run one of the offices they want to open in the Midlands region and get involved with the sports division.

My name is Coral

I started with Progressive Global about 3 months ago with no previous experience in sales. The training was so good that I made over £400 in my 1st week and over £600 in my 2nd week.

I now have 3 people in my team already and have been invited to visit the offices in Greece. I am looking to get involved with different divisions very soon and in the future would like to run an office in Cardiff.

Introducing Progressive Global Training MD - Marvin Smith

I’ve been working with Progressive Global Training for over 5 years now. I’ve had the opportunity to travel to over 3 countries and over 20 cities to work. My motivation is in the fact that I can travel whilst learning this business. I now run a very successful company in Wrexham, north Wales.

My future plans are to get involved with different campaigns and expand into Europe. This is a business for people who want to be different, be the best and have more. But to do so you have to have a relentless determination to succeed and the stubbornness never to give up.

Nicola O'Neal

Hi, my name is Nicola.

I’ve been working at PGT for over 4 years now and in that time I have seen the organization grow by over 50% in size and from 2 countries into 4.

I love the enthusiasm, drive and ambition of the people I work with. It’s amazing to see people achieve so much in such a short time.
I can’t wait to see where we’re going to be in the next 4 years. Nicola O’Neal

Nirvani Govender

I’ve been working for PGT since July 1999 where I started off as a field representative.

After getting good at sales I started building a team, but it was soon realised that my strength was in recruitment and administration. So I became an organisational head of administrators. I’ve since had the pleasure of training other great administrators and have now moved on to become a business manager, where my focus now is more on business finance.

Mike Hughes

I’ve been working with Progressive Global Training for 4 months now. Before this I was a radio broadcaster, but realised the opportunity to progress was very limited. Since being here I’ve already been promoted into a leadership role, teaching, training and managing new people. I am very close to being promoted to becoming a senior leader. I love the fact that I can earn while I learn.

Darren Price

I’m 22, Before working for Progressive Global I was in the army.
My personal goal is to own a range rover sport within 2 years.
My business goals are to be promoted to owner by January 2012 and open as many offices as I can.
My 5 top tips to become a leader are, ring the bell every day, apply L.O.A, become consistent, stay confident at all times and finally don’t give up goals are achievable.
The thing that I found most challenging when I first started was to keep my head up after I knocked all of my walkbook and not been off the mark.
I would like to run offices in Caerphilly, Cardiff, Germany, Spain, Watford and Glasgow.... The list goes on.

Joanne Louise Thorne

Joanne Louise Thorne:
I started working with PGT when I was only 18 with not a lot of confidence or experience.

The 4 years I was working with PGT, before I had to move away with my boyfriend, taught me an amazing set of skills.

I am now fully competent in sales, training and team management. I have got some amazing memories and fun stories to tell.

Thank you - Mrs Joanne Louise Thorne

Theo Sauls

Theo Sauls:
I started working with PGT in 2002 and can honestly say it was the experience of my life.

The six years I’ve worked at Progressive Global Training I’ve travelled to 6 countries and met some of the most successful entrepreneurs in the world.

I’ve also gained experience in all areas of sales, customer service,
business development and management.

After my return back home to South Africa I now have an excellent track
record to fall back on, opening more doors for opportunity than I can wish for.

Thank you PGT for the opportunity and the patience in training me to a very
high standard.

Kind Regards
Mr Theo Sauls
